Competition news

Weekend Winter League

Week 6 of the Weekend Winter League:

1st - David Anderson and Ashley Major - 46 Points 

2nd - Sue Barrick and Alisa Moore – 45 Points

3rd - Simon Richmond and Ken Stroud – 44 Points (cb) 

Congratulations to the players qualifying for the knockout stages. The draw has been made showing the 8 pairs that have made it through to the final stages along with the deadlines for each round. The draw is below and can also be found on the Men's Competition Board.

From The Course...

On the course this week the green are course staff are working on the Greens. With a few dry days forecast aeration and sand filling the greens started early Monday morning.

Junior news

Family Texas Scramble

Sunday 9th February is the Family Texas Scramble open to 18 and 9 hole Junior members.  Handicap Allowance - 10% of combined playing handicaps.

Maximum Handicap is 36 (18 Hole competition) and 45 (9 Hole competition). Play a minimum of 3 tee shots (each player) In the 9 hole competition players must play a minimum of 2 tee shots per player.

Please collect your card from the Pro Shop and completed cards to be put into the competition box.

Entry fee is £5.00 to include a lasagne and salad after play for members. Guest’s entry fee to be £15.00 for 18 holes (includes green fee and food) and £10.00 for 9 holes (includes green fee and food).
