On Saturday it was Northamptonshire's County Championship, 36 holes at Wellingborough. The club had 13 members playing with 3 making up the podium. The trio also qualified for the Champion Club where they will represent the club in the National Finals later in the year. Ben Jones, Thomas Bullough, Danny Roberts and Liam McNeela also finished in the top ten making it an excellent day for the golf club.

This week:

The forecast is for this fantastic warm weather to continue to next weekend. I would think we should start to see a bit of run on the ball by the end of the week.

- Topdress greens - Monday
- Strim bunkers and river
- Redistribute sand in bunkers
- Irrigation repairs and sprinkler set-up.

Regards,

Rob Hay
