A big thank you to Millie in assisting me presenting the prizes - you'll be a great captain next season. A big thank you to my three volunteers, Christopher Cook, Neil Stephenson and Gordon Seal, and Brian O'Connoll for checking the score cards and taking the photographs.

Moving on into the autumn and winter golfing months we plan to run a Sunday roll-up at 2:00pm for any juniors who want to play 9 holes and keep their game fresh. We plan to start playing every fortnight from Sunday, 30 October and all you need to do initially is email me and I will ensure that at least two Junior Development Team volunteers will start you off and escort those younger members around the nine-hole course. In time we will have a booking system on the website so you will know who is playing at the next event.

So I look forward to seeing as many as possible junior golfers on the 30th October at 2:00pm. A note to any parent who would be willing to assist the JDT in supporting the junior golfers, please just email or give me a ring.

Regards,
Keith Haynes
