Tim has been the Club Professional for over 18 years and involved in most of the coaching facilities from the ground up. Tim believes that at Northants County Golf club we are creating one of the finest teaching facilities in the country and the Junior Academy is the first of its kind.
Our golf professionals have computer and video equipment to help analyse your swing. Most important of all, we have a teaching philosophy that Tim has developed over his many years as a coach and a player. It's the philosophy that's based on helping you understand your own unique game.
Since the instruction is so individualised, it can work for all players at any age or level of ability that are serious about improving their golf game.

Our professionals will also help you understand your game more fully, helping you apply your own swing to every phase of the game. Tim Rouse :Head ProfessionalTim is renowned as a Club and teaching professional. He was first introduced to the game in 1974 and has played competitively ever since. Tim currently coaches players at all levels from Juniors through to players on the Men's and Ladies European Tour.

Ed Chapman :Club ProfessionalHe specialises in talent development in junior golfers and elite players using modern Long Term Athlete Development (LTAD) and periodised training programs but also loves coaching any level of golfer who has the ambition to improve their game. Ed currently coaches players at all levels from beginner juniors to England internationals.

As a Northamptonshire Golf Partnership (NGP) County Academy Coach Ed runs the Girls Development Squad and as an England Golf Approved Coach Ed is also coach to the AASE Golf Academy at Moulton College Northampton.

Adam Myers :AssistantAdam, a plus 2 handicap player has represented England at Junior and Senior level. Adam has returned from a golf scholarship in the USA to study Economics & Law at Northampton University and he joins our staff between his studies. Adam intends to turn Pro at the end of this summer.
